Press Conference: Urvashi and Shail's Romantic Song "Rabba Kare" Released

Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela and Shail Oswal's new romantic song "Rabba Kare" has been released, and the chemistry between the two is already making waves. On November 21, a press conference was held in Mumbai to promote the song, where Urvashi and Shail came together to discuss the track and answer questions from the media.

Urvashi Shares Her Excitement about the Song

Urvashi expressed her excitement about the song, saying, “I’ve always been a fan of Shail's voice, and his blockbuster track 'Soniye Heeriye' has been one of my favorite songs in my playlist for a long time. Now, being a part of this song with him is not just special, but a proud moment for me. 'Rabba Kare' is a beautiful, heartfelt journey that touches the soul with its melody and deep emotions. It’s a song that will resonate with everyone who has ever experienced the feeling of love.”

She also shared that she believes "Rabba Kare" will connect deeply with listeners, especially those who have experienced love in its purest form.

Urvashi Talks About Shail

Urvashi also spoke highly of Shail, recalling how her parents reacted when she told them about working with him. “When I told my parents I was working with Shail, they were so happy. They love his work, and my mother said, 'You’re working with Shail? Now, you have nothing to worry about!' From that moment on, I had no worries. The entire journey felt very smooth,” she said.

Urvashi continued to praise Shail’s unique creativity, stating, “Shail is not just a successful businessman, but he also has incredible creativity. Most businessmen don’t have that creative spark, but Shail combines emotional depth, a great understanding of music, and a wonderful sense of creativity. Collaborating with him on this song has been a great experience.” She also mentioned that Shail was very supportive throughout the process of making the song.

During the event, Urvashi also surprised everyone by singing a beautiful Uttarakhandi song. Meanwhile, Shail performed his popular track "Soniye Heeriye Teri Yaad Aan Di Hai," which captivated the audience.

"Rabba Kare" Will Touch Hearts - Shail

Shail, talking about the song, said, “Every song, every note carries emotions that we often struggle to express, and this song is no different. I’m really excited to share this journey with everyone. I believe 'Rabba Kare' will resonate deeply and become a song that touches the hearts of listeners this season."

He went on to say, “‘Rabba Kare’ tries to capture the magic of falling in love— the thrill, the surprise, and the feeling that suddenly everything around you becomes even more beautiful. The song celebrates that enchanting atmosphere, and shooting it in Dubai with Urvashi brought those emotions to life. I hope the listeners will feel love, passion, and joy in every note, and that it will become the soundtrack for those moments when love feels infinite.”

When asked about the unique blend of romance and a groovy electronic vibe in the song, Shail explained, "This was entirely my music composer’s idea. I reached out to my old team, who had worked on 'Heeriye,' with Vidhu Goswami. I told them, ‘Let’s do something fresh, something for Gen Z, something upbeat. I don’t want it to be too mellow.’ We decided to make a romantic song with an electronic, upbeat guitar touch. They sent me a few versions, and finally, I felt this was the track we needed to choose.”

When asked if romance came naturally to him or if he was truly a romantic at heart, Shail responded, “I am a romantic at heart. As a child, I listened to songs by Nazia Hassan and Zoha Hassan, and my first album with Biddu came out when I was very young. When I was around 6 or 7 years old, I listened to songs like 'Chehra' and 'Jana,' and that’s when my musical journey began. I have always loved melodies and lyrics, especially lyrics that were so meaningful in the songs of Nazia and Zoha, and the same goes for Biddu’s tracks. That’s probably why I love music so much.”

 In response to a question about whether the track came together quickly or if it went through multiple versions, Shail said, “No, it was an instant ‘yes.’ We had the story, the screenplay was ready, and once Urvashi came on board, we just started. The shoot was completed in two days, and everything fell into place.”

Urvashi Rautela's Upcoming Film "Daku Maharaj"

At the event, Urvashi also talked about her upcoming film Daku Maharaj, set to release during Makar Sankranti next year. In this film, she will be seen alongside Bobby Deol. Urvashi plays a police officer in the film and will be performing several action sequences. She mentioned, “In this film, I will be seen in a completely different avatar.”

Urvashi Rautela's Work Front

Urvashi Rautela was last seen in the film Ghuspaithiya, a cybercrime-based thriller where she played the role of a woman who becomes a victim of an MMS leak. The film also starred Vineet Kumar Singh and Akshay Oberoi in pivotal roles.
