Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyan is a cinematic adaptation of legendary Anglo-Indian author Ruskin Bond’s classic short story ‘The Eyes Have It’. Known for his sensitive portrayals of human emotions and relationships, Bond’s stories have long been a source of inspiration for filmmakers. In this adaptation, the screenplay has been crafted by Niranjan Iyengar—known for his lyrical writing in films like Kal Ho Naa Ho—along with Mansi Bagla, who also co-produces the film.

The story unfolds as a deep, emotionally resonant love tale, set in a limited space but filled with boundless feeling. It revolves around two strangers who meet during a train journey.
