Urvashi Rautela Remembers the Legendary Actor Dharmendra: “Some blessings are so great that you don't understand them when they arrive.”

Actress Urvashi Rautela has shared a deeply emotional tribute, reminiscing about the moments she spent with Dharmendra ji during her debut film, 'Singh Saab the Great'.

In a heartfelt message, Urvashi expressed that there are some moments in life that later become memories that simultaneously bring both pain and solace to the heart.

She recalled, “I was barely 18 then… so innocent, nervous, and completely unaware of the world I had stepped into. And destiny placed me amongst legends — Sunny Deol sir, Bobby Deol sir, and the great man whose name was always uttered with reverence in my family: Dharmendra ji.”

She shared that during breaks on set, she would sit with Dharmendra ji in a quiet corner. Despite her nervousness and inexperience, his warmth and kindness always put her at ease.“They weren't just conversations… they were blessings. His words were warm, full of wisdom and light,” Urvashi wrote.

Urvashi Opens Up On Grief After Dharmendra’s Passing

Urvashi also revealed that since the day she got the news of Dharmendra ji's passing away , every day has been emotionally overwhelming for her.
“I'm not okay. Some griefs are hard to explain. My heart needed to speak,” she confessed, expressing how deeply she has been affected s by Dharmendra ji's death.

She said that her parents always spoke about Dharmendra ji — his unparalleled charm, his pure energy, and the magic he carried with him everywhere. She never imagined that her very first film and first song would give her the honor of sharing the screen with this legendary artist.

“Some blessings are so great that you don't understand them when they arrive. Their true significance is realized when the heart aches with gratitude,” she wrote. Expressing her emotions, Urvashi said:
“Dharmendra ji… we will all miss you. I will miss you. I hope my prayers, my love, and my silent wishes reach you wherever you are. Your kindness, your words, your warmth… I will carry them with me for the rest of my life.”

Urvashi concluded her tribute with a simple yet incredibly powerful sentiment: “Thank you… for everything.”
