After battle with cancer, Junior Mehmood passed away at the age of 67

Junior Mehmood Death: Bollywood actor Junior Mehmood died today on 8 December 2023 at the age of 67. He had been suffering from stomach cancer for some time. Naeem Syed, popularly known as Junior Mehmood, was suffering from stomach cancer. His cancer was in the fourth stage and his condition was very serious. Last night at around 2 o'clock he said goodbye to this world. The cinema world has suffered a deep shock due to the death of the actor.

Junior Mehmood’s funeral will take place today

Let us tell you that Junior Mehmood's friend Salam Qazi confirmed the news of the actor's demise. He also told that the last rites will be held on Friday afternoon at Juhu Muslim cemetery. Junior Mehmood will be buried in the same cemetery where his mother was buried. His family also stated his demise. They said during their statement that “Junior Mehmood passed away at his residence at 2:15 am. He was suffering from stomach cancer. May his eternal soul rest in peace.” Jitendra, Sachin Pilgaonkar, Johnny Lever, and many film personalities had met ailing Junior Mehmood before he took his last breath.

Junior Mehmood has acted in many Bollywood films

Junior Mehmood started his acting career as a child artist. He acted in more than 250 films in seven languages in a career spanning four decades. He shared the screen with superstars ranging from Rajesh Khanna to Amitabh Bachchan and Raj Kapoor. The list of Junior Mehmood's films includes 'Mera Naam Joker', 'Caravan', 'Haathi Mere Saathi', 'Mohabbat Zindagi Hai', 'Nanihaal', 'Hare Rama Hare Krishna', 'Baap Numberi Beta 10 Numberi', and many more blockbuster films are included.
