Varun Dhawan turns Santa for Christmas shoot, reflects on 2025 and 2026 plans

Between the arrival of the New Year 2026 and the festive spirit of Christmas 2025, Bollywood star Varun Dhawan appeared in a special way this festive season.

For this occasion, Varun transformed into Santa Claus for a special photoshoot for HT City. Red clothes, a white beard, and that same mischievous smile on his face.

Varun's look charmed his fans. During this festive shoot, Varun not only had fun but also shared his heartfelt thoughts about life, family, and the coming year 2026.

Varun says that Christmas is not just a festival for him, but an opportunity to be together and share happiness. In his words, "Christmas means spending time with friends and family."

In a playful mood, Varun also revealed that if a remake of any Christmas film were ever made, he would like to play Arnold Schwarzenegger's character in the 1996 film Jingle All the Way. When asked who is on his nice and naughty list, the answer was very heartwarming. Varun says that people who love animals, who feed dogs, are directly on his good list. But Varun has strong disapproval for those who litter on the streets.

When it comes to household chores, Varun laughs and says that he doesn't know much about wrapping gifts, cooking, or cleaning, but he never lags behind when it comes to eating. He tends to gain a little weight during the festive season. He loves hot chocolate, marshmallows, and cheesecake. He also enjoys eating Kalakand, even though it's not exactly a traditional Christmas sweet.

Varun Dhawan Christmas plans with Lara and Joy

This time, Varun isn't planning to travel far for the holidays. He wants to stay somewhere close to home and hopes his wife, Natasha Dalal, will plan a lovely surprise. Alibaug is his preferred option. Varun is very excited about creating some first Christmas memories with his daughter, Lara. He says he will definitely decorate the Christmas tree with Lara and their pet dog, Joy. He's also planning to get a cute sweater for Joy.

Varun also recalled his strangest Christmas, which he spent in London. The streets were deserted, everything was empty, and he felt very lonely. Perhaps that's why he understands the importance of spending festivals with loved ones even more now.
