Aamir Khan proved that he is one of the best fathers in the world!!

The marriage of Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan took place. Ira got married to her husband Nupur Shikhare! The emotional moments of the marriage vows at the Taj Resort surrounded by the Aravalli hills in Udaipur. For the gazing mother (Reena Dutta) and loving father (Aamir Khan), these were the moments whose thrill every parent feels at the time of farewell to their daughter. How much love the father had for his daughter could be felt by looking into his eyes.

Single-minded superstar Aamir has once again shown that he is the best at fulfilling the responsibilities of a father. If he wanted, he could have found big families for his daughter's marriage. The richest of the rich would feel blessed to be called Aamir's son-in-law. But, then he would put his daughter's wishes before his respect. Aamir did not do this. His daughter's happiness remained paramount for him. Aamir knew that his daughter was deeply in love with someone. He never let his father's authority or star status come before his daughter's happiness. Ira also chose the boy whom not only she loved (Nupur) but whom her father also loved. Not only this but even though there were moments of family discord in his personal life, he appeared to stand like a strong father to his children (Ira, Junaid, and Azad). In this wedding ceremony, he brought together all the distant and close relations of the family (Khan-Hussain family including Reena Dutta, and Kiran Rao), danced with them, kissed and Aamir Khan was seen with teary eyes on the farewell of his daughter.

The way Aamir organized the grand wedding party of Ira and Nupur Shikhare in Mumbai was also a memorable occasion.
