Birth Anniversary: An unheard story of Hamid Ali Khan aka Ajit Khan

A young man came to Bombay to become a hero. He had less money, so he found a place in a Dharamshala near Crawford Market for Rs. 5 per day where he could keep his trunk. It is another matter that the person sleeping on the trunk was not charged for sleeping. He would roam around the studio all day and come and sleep on the trunk at night. Goons used to gamble near that room at night. They would disturb people's sleep, the young man's sleep was also disturbed many times. But he had to become a hero. So he did not talk to them.

One night, a young man tired of the day's work was sleeping after selling his horses. Suddenly there was a noise and he woke up. When he looked, there was an earthquake in the room. The police had raided the room at night to catch the gamblers. The gamblers had entered the room to save their lives. The police entered the room and arrested the gamblers. The police arrested everyone from there and took them to the police station on Princess Street. Everyone was locked up. And that young man was also among those locked up.

This incident happened on Saturday night. The next day was Sunday, so the hearing was not to take place before Monday. This meant that he would have to spend two nights in jail for a crime that he did not even commit. As soon as this thought came to his mind, the young man started crying like a child. Seeing the condition of the young man, the inspector on duty came to him and started asking the reason for crying, the young man said while crying in the same way, I am innocent. Please release me.

The inspector saw some truth in the young man's words. He said, "If you identify the innocent people and leave the criminals there, then I will also release the other innocent people along with you."

The young man accepted the inspector's condition and incurred enmity with the crocodile while living in the river. But he was released there.

On Monday, when the young man returned after trying his luck, he saw a terrifying Dada Rampuri standing in his way with a knife drawn, "Tell me, why didn't you get me released from the police station along with the innocent people that day? Now you will have to pay for it with your life."

The young man started trembling with fear after hearing this. Then God knows from where he got the courage to escape from the grandfather's knife attack and ran straight to the police station. The inspector heard the young man's story and immediately took out his jeep and went in search of that grandfather.

After arresting Dada, the police beat him up badly. From that day onwards, Dada became a man. That young man was no longer feared.

This young man has played villainous roles like Dada and Gangsta Boss in movies, although at that time he had come to become a hero. And he did become a hero. But with time he compromised and became a villain from a hero and today he is charging five times the amount that he used to charge in his time. Today you recognize that young man by the name of Ajit.
