Ayesha Singh, who became a household name for her role as Sai in the popular TV show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein, is now set to make her mark in a completely different avatar on Colors TV's new show Mannat. In this show, Ayesha plays the role of a chef. Recently, she gave an interview to Mayapuri Magazine, where she spoke about the show's concept, her decision to be a part of it, her real-life cooking experiences, and her co-actors. Here's what Ayesha had to say.

Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki Streaming Date

You played a very popular character in ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein’. The audience loved you a lot. After that, you must have received several offers for new shows. But you chose Mannat. What made you decide to take up this show?

Ayesha: Honestly, I thought a lot before signing this show. But the moment I heard the full story and got to know my character, I had this instinct that this show is truly something special. The story has everything – a lot of emotion, drama, strength, and resilience. My character wants to make a name for herself but faces many challenges along the way. Then there is a very nice male character who adds to the charm of the show. When I heard the narration, I felt deeply emotional. In that moment, I just knew that I had to do this show.

What is your relationship with cooking in real life?

Ayesha: In real life, I can't cook every day because it is quite tiring, especially with the daily shooting schedule. It's just not possible. But sometimes, if I have to cook for someone—like if guests come over, or if someone requests something—I enjoy cooking for them. I always hope that the food I make turns out well and that people like it because I love getting compliments. If I have some free time, I also enjoy experimenting with new recipes.

Did you learn anything specific for this chef role? Did you watch any cooking shows or do something related to cooking?

Ayesha: Yes, for this role, I watched a lot of cooking shows. I can't mention all of them, but I’ve seen quite a few. Additionally, there are a lot of interesting home cooking videos on YouTube, and I learned some things from there as well. There is so much to explore when it comes to food, and I’ve gained a lot of inspiration from these resources.

Talking about your co-actors, Mona and Adnan, they have praised you a lot. What would you like to say about them?

Ayesha: They are both lovely people. I’m really enjoying working with them. I went on an outdoor shoot with Adnan sir, and I got to see his foodie side, which was a lot of fun. He’s such a positive person when it comes to work. He’s very accommodating and always looks for ways to improve the scenes. Working with him is a great experience, and I’m enjoying every moment of it.

What message would you like to give to your fans?

Ayesha: I would just like to say that I hope you all watch our show and shower us with lots of love. Mannat will air on Colors channel at 10 PM, Monday to Friday. I’ve always felt so supported by all of you, and I’m truly grateful for the love you’ve shown me. Please continue supporting us in the same way.

When Ayesha heard the name of Mayapuri Magazine, a special joy spread across her face. She smiled and said, “Oh wow! My grandmother and mom both loved this magazine so much. I’m so happy to be here today!”

In this show, Ayesha Singh is joined by Adnan Khan and Mona Vasu, and the trio is set to create magic on screen with their fresh pairing and performances.
