Alia Bhatt Ex-Assistant Arrested for Scamming Actress of ₹76 Lakh

Alia Bhatt Ex-Assistant Arrested:There are reports of fraud with Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt. Actually, Juhu Police has arrested Alia Bhatt's ex-personal assistant Vedika Prakash Shetty. She is accused of allegedly embezzling money from Bhatt's production house - Eternal Sunshine Productions Pvt Ltd, and the actress's account.

Vedika Prakash Shetty duped people of Rs 76 lakh

Let us tell you that allegedly, Alia Bhatt's ex-personal assistant Vedika Prakash Shetty had committed fraud of more than Rs 76 lakh from these two accounts using fake bills. Currently the police are engaged in investigation. But Alia or her team has not yet issued any statement on this matter. Alia Bhatt's mother Soni Razdan had filed a police complaint against Vedika Prakash Shetty earlier this year.

Eternal Sunshine Productions was started in the year 2021

For your information, let us tell you that Eternal Sunshine Productions was started by Alia Bhatt in 2021. Its aim is to make "happy films" focusing on "real, timeless and sweet stories". The company's first film was "Darlings", which was co-produced with Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment. It starred Alia Bhatt along with Vijay Verma and Shefali Shah in the lead roles and is streaming on Netflix.

Earlier in an interview, Alia Bhatt had talked about the film and her reunion with Ranbir Kapoor. She had said, "As an audience, I am more excited to see him [Bhansali] and Ranbir working together again after so many years. I am thinking, 'Wow, how will it be?' Talking about working with Vicky Kaushal again, Alia further said, "Vicky and I are coming together again; Ranbir and Vicky created magic with Sanju. So, it's a lot of combinations."
