The government removed the caller tune for this reason

In fact, according to a report by NDTV, the government has decided to discontinue the caller tune from today, June 26, after the cyber fraud awareness campaign ends. Whenever users make a phone call, a pre-recorded message will play, reminding them to be cautious about cyber fraud. This was part of a government-run awareness initiative aimed at educating the public about the growing threat of online scams. At the same time, many people expressed their disappointment with this tune on social media. Some users also complained that during emergency situations, the caller tune causes unnecessary delay in connecting the call.

Let us tell you that Amitabh Bachchan had raised the voice of a new initiative to raise awareness about cybercrime and educate people on digital security. In this caller tune that plays before the call connects, Big B advises listeners about common cyber threats like phishing, online scams, and identity theft. A few days ago, Amitabh Bachchan silenced an ex-user because he was trolling him for the viral caller tune in his voice.

On Monday (23 June), Amitabh Bachchan shared a random post on his ex handle, which read, "Yes sir, I also want to ask a question. So?" Reacting to this, a user replied, "Then stop talking on the phone Bhaiya". Big B replied to the user, "Tell the government brother, they did what they told us to do".
