Another star lost his battle with cancer! Junior Mehmood has become the new victim of this disease. This disease had gripped him for almost a year...finally, he lost his life. Naeem Bhai lost in this battle. Only one word came out of the mouth of star Jitendra who went to meet him at the last moment - "Uff!"

Bollywood's Struggle: Battling Deadly Diseases

Like in ordinary life, people of Bollywood also tremble after hearing the name of this deadly disease. The list of stars caught in the grip of this disease is increasing and we are unable to do anything. Irfan Khan (neuroendocrine tumor), Rishi Kapoor (blood cancer), Vinod Khanna (bladder cancer), Aadesh Srivastava (multiple myeloma cancer), Firoz Khan, Nafisa Ali (ovarian cancer), Marathi actress Rashika Joshi (blood cancer), Simple Kapadia, Tom Alter (skin cancer), Rajesh Khanna (kidney cancer). These people fought a long battle to escape this disease but ultimately lost. Efforts were made to provide them with the best medical facilities. Stars like Irfan Khan, and Rishi Kapoor had tried to get expensive treatment by going to countries like America, but this cancer swallowed them.

Resilience in Bollywood: Triumph Over Cancer Battles

The battle with cancer is very painful. Many people from Bollywood did not give up, they fought bravely and even escaped from this cruel monster disease. After coming out of years of struggle, they have once again become active in their work. Among these, the names of Manisha Koirala and Sonali Bendre are notable. Manisha Koirala was suffering from ovarian cancer. She underwent surgery while staying in New York. Returned after recovering from chemotherapy and started working. After illness, Manisha has worked in the film 'Sanju' and OTT's 'Lust Stories'. Sonali Bendre had metastatic endometrial cancer. She stayed in New York for a year and took her treatment. When she returned, all the hair on her head was missing. She recovered and started acting again with the OTT series. Today she is healthy after defeating cancer. Many other names have come out after fighting this disease. These are- director Anurag Basu (blood cancer), Ayushmann Khurana's wife Tahira Kashyap (breast cancer), Lisa Ray (plasma cells cancer), cricketer Yuvraj Singh (lung cancer), Sanjay Dutt (who was in the news for lung cancer). He has fully recovered and is working on films. Yesteryear's star actress Mumtaaz was suffering from breast cancer which was cured after undergoing treatment for eleven years. Rakesh Roshan had throat cancer and his daughter and Hrithik Roshan's sister Sunaina Roshan had cervical cancer. They are fine now. KRK (Kamal Rashid Khan), who does roasting news on a YouTube channel, was suffering from stomach cancer and is now fine and at work.

Cancer is a fatal disease. At the beginning of our films, cancer information caused by tobacco is given on the screen. But, this is not enough. There is a need to make research films related to this disease. Our great filmmakers should make films that inspire people to fight this disease.
