Anupamaa Set Controversy: Police Arrive After Actor Accused of Blackmailing

Jatin Suri accused of blackmailing girlfriend: Star Plus' popular television show 'Anupamaa' produced by Rajan Shahi, is one of the favorite shows of the audience. Now, the latest information related to the cast of Anupamaa show is coming out, which has surprised everyone. Actually, Jatin Suri, who plays the character of Raja in the show, was allegedly taken to the police station after an incident on the set. According to sources, the actor's girlfriend reached the shooting location and accused him of blackmailing.

For your information, let us tell you that Jatin Suri, who plays the character of Raja in the show Anupama, was accused of blackmailing by his girlfriend. After which the police reached the set of the show and questioned the actor. After this, both Jatin Suri and the woman were taken to the police station for further questioning. After returning from the police station, the actor called these allegations baseless and called it wrong. However, till now no information related to this matter has come out from the production house and the actor.

For your information, let us tell you that Jatin Suri joined Anupama in February 2025 this year. Earlier, Jatin talked about being a part of Rupali Ganguly's hit show. The actor said, "Everyone knows that Anupama is the number one show, and even in my house, it was the only show that was watched. My mother always told me, 'I wish you could be a part of this show.' We often say that the universe listens, and she really listened. Now that I am in the show, she is very happy. It is the blessing of my parents".

Continuing his talk, Jatin Suri further said, “This is like my comeback, and I got emotional when Rajan Sir and his team trusted me for this role. I felt a lot of emotions from nervousness to gratitude. I knew I had to stand strong and prove myself. I don't know what happens when I read a script, but I automatically get into the character. I just need to read it once and it stays with me. When I gave my audition, I was full of confidence and I immediately felt connected to my role”.
