Anushka's presence made Virat Kohli's innings special

Anushka Sharma's presence in the stadium often proves lucky for Virat Kohli. She also came to support Virat Kohli in the first Test match being played against Australia in Perth. Virat Kohli, batting fluidly with a great mix of patience and attack, completed his 30th Test century in the second innings against Australia on Sunday. With this century, he refreshed the memories of the brilliant innings of 123 runs played in this city in the year 2018. 

Virat Kohli said this

Virat said after the innings, 'When you don't play well, a lot is going on in your mind, you make some mistakes after spending time at the crease. I just wanted to contribute for the team's benefit, I did not want to stay at the crease just to pass time.' He completed his century with a four on a sweep shot against Marnus Labuschagne. He became the fourth Indian player to complete 30 centuries in Test cricket after Sunil Gavaskar, Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid.
