Bollywood Sonu Sood seems to be in trouble. Actually, a court in Ludhiana, Punjab has issued an arrest warrant against Sonu Sood in an alleged fraud case. Ludhiana's Judicial Magistrate Ramanpreet Kaur issued the warrant.
Sonu Sood accused of fraud of Rs 10 lakh
Let us tell you that Rajesh Khanna, a Ludhiana lawyer, had allegedly filed a fraud case of ₹ 10 lakh. He alleged that the main accused Mohit Shukla lured him into investing in fake Rijika Coin. The court summoned Sonu Sood to testify in the case, but the actor rejected the summons. Due to this, Ludhiana Judicial Magistrate Ramanpreet Kaur issued a warrant. At the same time, the order issued by the court read, "Sonu Sood has been duly issued summons or warrant, but he has failed to appear. You are ordered to arrest the said Sonu Sood and produce him before the court".
The next hearing will be on February 10
This warrant has been sent to Oshiwara Police Station in Andheri West, Mumbai. In this, they have been instructed to arrest the actor and present him in the court. The next hearing of the case will be on February 10.
What did Sonu Sood say?
During a conversation, Sonu Sood talked about this matter and said, "I am not the brand ambassador of anything, I have already given my answer through the lawyer. I will give it again on February 10. I would just like to say that I am not the brand ambassador of anything. I don't even know all this, I have nothing to do with it. They just want publicity in this matter, that's why they are saying such things".
Sonu Sood was seen in 'Fateh'
Talking about the work front, Sonu Sood was recently seen in Fateh. The actor made his directorial debut with this film, which also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Vijay Raj and Naseeruddin Shah in the lead roles. Fateh stars Sonu Sood as Fateh Singh, a former special operations officer. The story revolves around the officer's job as a dairy farming supervisor in Punjab, until a local girl falls prey to a cybercrime syndicate. Fateh Singh then teams up with Khushi Sharma (played by Jacqueline) as an ethical hacker who saves Nimrit and takes down the cybercrime syndicate. It clashed with Ram Charan and Kiara Advani's Game Changer at the box office. The film Fateh collected Rs 12 crore at the box office.
