Bollywood's veteran producer and now actor, Boney Kapoor, is in the news these days for his tremendous body transformation (Boney Kapoor weight loss). About two weeks ago, he shared some of his pictures from Cannes and Phuket on social media. His changed look in these pictures shocked the fans. Now it has been revealed that Boney Kapoor has lost about 26 kg of weight and that too without any workout.
Diet changed the look
According to the information shared by a paparazzi, Boney Kapoor did not do any kind of gym training, but lost weight only through diet. He had only fruits and juice for breakfast and drank only soup for dinner. He included jowar roti in his diet throughout the day. Boney Kapoor himself has shared this post on his Instagram story and confirmed that this information is correct. The paparazzi wrote in the post, "The secret of weight loss is, no dinner, only soup. Only fruits and juice for breakfast, and jowar roti."
The debate started on social media
However, social media users have also started raising questions about this transformation. Some people suspected that this is the effect of weight loss drug Ozempic or Mounjaro. One user wrote, "How did people who were struggling to lose weight for years suddenly become slim by drinking juice? The era of Ozempic has arrived." Another user wrote, "Just eating fruits and drinking juice and looking slim is not fitness. Fitness means much more than this." Many users also said that Boney Kapoor now looks older and weaker than before.
Transformation done earlier also
This is not the first time that Boney Kapoor has lost weight. A few months ago, he had spoken openly about his hair transplant. At that time, he had said, "My wife Sridevi used to tell me to first lose weight and then get a hair transplant. I listened to her and first lost 14 kg. It is difficult for me to exercise, but I lost weight through diet only."
Weight loss is becoming a trend in the industry
Before Boney Kapoor, Karan Johar, Kapil Sharma, Ram Kapoor, and rapper Badshah have also been in the news for their transformations. Many celebs have been suspected of using drugs like Ozempic. However, Ram Kapoor said in an interview to Humans of Bombay, "If your doctor tells you to take a shortcut, why not? After all, there is only one life." Boney Kapoor made his debut as an actor in 2020 with the Netflix film AK vs AK. After this, he appeared in Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor's film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar. He is the father of Arjun Kapoor, Jhanvi Kapoor, and Khushi Kapoor and is now trying his hand at acting himself.
