  ‘One cricket legend ideally deserves another’ !! Now read on to know how this coincidence happened. It goes to the credit of multi-faceted ‘showman’ host Film-Maker and CEO Joe Rajan for especially inviting unassuming Sri Lankan cricket legend Arjuna Ranatunga (with his family) to attend the most-awaited grand ‘Harvey Xmas Brunch’ celeb-studded party. Now this afternoon's event was held at the Juhu  ‘One8’ Commune premium restaurant which is co-owned by Indian Cricket legend Virat Kohli! Also adding to the celeb score was yet another famous Sri Lankan cricketer Upul Chandana.

Enjoying the classy ambience furnishing, the amazing buffet spread and classy cocktails were a unique glitter-galaxy of Celeb-Invitees from diverse walks of life- including cricket luminaries, showbiz top stars, hospitality-sector head honchos,, corporate big bosses, and of course political dignitaries.

.The Harvey Xmas Brunch 2023 festive indulgence was attended by eminent crème-de-la-crème galaxy from diverse fields—the  Celebs including -Arjuna Ranatunga, Upul Chandana, Pratap Sarnaik, Baba Siddiqui, Aslam Shaikh  Raj Nayak, Nilesh Kulkarni  Jackie Shroff, Deepak Tijori, Sachin Pilgaonkar, Ali Asgar, Madhur Bhandarkar, Abbas-Mustan-Hussain, Anu Malik,  Atul Agnihotri, Aanchal Chauhan with Sunil Palwal, writer-director Ashwini Chaudhary, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Rahul Bhatt, Freddy Daruwala, Darshan Kumar, Arjan Bajwa,  Luke Kenny, Rajnish Duggal, Gautam Rode, Mukesh Tyagi, Imran Khan. While almost every male and female celeb guest was dressed to kill either in formal blazer suits and coats,  the ladies were clad in alluring yet dignified cock-tail or short outfits. Undoubtedly the scene-stealers were of course cricket icon Arjuna Ranatunga, Jackie Shroff, and Deepak Tijori who willingly posed with some of their admirer-fans.

Besides the classy ambience, an assorted appetizing spread of  culinary artistry and exotic drinks,  what appealed to the Celeb Guests was the personal attention and apnapan exuded by the  Harvey Xmas Brunch ‘perfect hosts’  charismatic Joe Rajan and his dignified wife Rochelle

 Filmy guests like the trio-in-white Abaas-Mustan-Hussain, who rarely hang around any filmy party for more than an hour, felt feeling totally-at-home as they mingled and chatted with composer Annu Malik and stayed back for nearly 05 hours at the vibrant venue as they even recalled how the same venue ( ‘Gauri Kunj’ ground floor) used to be legendary singer-actor Kishore Kumar’s heritage house for songs-sittings. “Were they all discussing about sequel ‘Baazigar 2’?’  was what some guests jokingly asked them.  Even iconic Sri Lankan cricketer-turned-cabinet minister Arjuna Ranatunga who was chilling at the venue for several hours, complimented host Joe Rajan, that’ this was perhaps the first time in India that he had spent so much time at a single party and had fully enjoyed it”
