In the song 'Preet Re', Tripti Dimri and Siddhant Chaturvedi are seen dancing together. Both are seen drowned in each other's love. The music video song shows love blossoming between the characters Siddhant and Tripti when they spend time together after college. They appear to be law college students, and the song gives us a glimpse of their life and friends.

Directed by Shazia Iqbal and produced by Karan Johar, Umesh Kumar Bansal, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Meenu Arora, Somen Mishra, and Pragati Deshmukh, co-produced by Marijke D'Souza, the film is a spiritual sequel to Dhadak, which starred Janhvi and Ishaan Khatter. 'Dhadak 2' also stars Vipin Sharma, Manjiri Pupala, Diksha Joshi, Saurabh Sachdev, and others in pivotal roles. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on August 1.
