In the FSL report, the venom of the Cobra-krait species of snake was found. In the year 2023, the People for Animals (PFA) organization filed a complaint and later Noida Police raided a banquet hall located in Sector 51 and arrested five people. In its FIR, the PFA accused Elvish of being involved in organizing rave parties where foreigners are invited and arranging for poisonous snakes. In this case, a case has been registered against the snake charmers including famous YouTuber Elvish Yadav in Sector 49 police station. The FIR was lodged by NGO PFA. The snake charmers were sent to jail. Snake venom was recovered from the possession of the snake charmers and was sent to FSL Lab for testing.
