Let us tell you that Fish Venkat, who was suffering from kidney-related diseases, breathed his last in a hospital in Hyderabad. Fish Venkat was recently admitted to the hospital after kidney failure. He was admitted to the ICU for a kidney transplant.

The actor was facing financial problems

Earlier this month, Fish Venkat's daughter Sravanti, spoke to One India about her father's health condition and said that Prabhas' team has offered them financial help. She said, "Father's condition is not good at all. His condition is very serious, and he is in the ICU. He needs a kidney transplant. It will cost at least ₹ 50 lakhs. Prabhas' assistant called us and offered financial help. He said that when his transplant is done, inform him so that the expenses can be met."

The actor did not get financial help

However, later, another member of Fish Venkat's family told Suman TV that the call was fake and they did not receive any help from Prabhas. He said, "Actually, nothing like this happened. We are answering every call to find out if anyone can help us. An unknown person called us claiming to be Prabhas Anna's assistant. Later, we came to know that it was a fake call. He did not even know that something like this was happening. We have not received any financial help yet."

Fish Venkat's Career

Fish Venkat was known for his comic and villainous roles in Telugu cinema. He had earned the nickname 'Fish' over the years due to his strong Telangana dialect. Over the years, he starred in several hit films such as Bunny, Adhurs, Dhee, and Mirapaake. He was recently seen in the aha thriller Coffee with a Killer, which was his last film before his unfortunate death. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he starred in Maa Vintha Gadha Vinuma and DJ Tillu alongside Sidhu Jonnalagadda, and his performance was also highly praised.
