Bollywood actress Yami Gautam and filmmaker Aditya Dhar welcomed their son Vedvid in the year 2024. The actress has returned to work after a short maternity vacation. Currently, the actress is promoting her upcoming film 'Dhoom Dham'. Meanwhile, now Yami Gautam Dhar talked about her experiences of motherhood and her personal choice for her son Vedvid.

In fact, Yami Gautam told in her recent interview how motherhood has changed her life. The actress said, "I think when you become a mother, I am sure this is true for both parents, but especially for a mother, your whole life changes in every possible way. However, all the work you have done - that is on one side, and this is a completely different phase of yours, for which you are never even prepared. Of course, you are very happy, you are on top of the world, it is the biggest blessing, and it is very new for you, and you are very vulnerable because it is also the most important thing, something that you have to learn by yourself, no one teaches you. You are nervous, there are so many things, there are so many factors and at the end of the day, just those big eyes are staring at you and just want love, and that's it! I think, if it was really up to me, I could just sit there and do nothing for hours".

Yami and Aditya decided to keep their son away from the media

Continuing her talk, Yami Gautam revealed that she and Aditya have decided to keep son Vedvid away from the media so that he gets a chance to live a normal childhood. The actress shared, "You won't be able to see him. I mean, it's a very personal choice that Aditya and I have taken. I think a child should get the childhood that every other child should get. It has a psychological impact and we want him to enjoy this life, enjoy this blessing."

Yami and Aditya Dhar welcomed a son in the year 2024

Yami Gautam and Aditya Dhar got married in June 2021 after dating each other for more than two years. The couple welcomed their son Vedvid on 20 May 2024.

The film Dhoom Dham will be released on Netflix on February 14

Yami Gautam is in the news for her upcoming film 'Dhoom Dham'. The actress will be seen in the lead role with Prateek Gandhi in the film. Directed by Rishabh Seth, produced by Aditya Dhar and Lokesh Dhar of B62 Studios and Jyoti Deshpande of Jio Studios, Dhoom Dham is based on the story of newlyweds Koyal and Veer. It also stars Prateik Babbar and Ejaz Khan. The film is scheduled to release on Netflix on February 14, 2025.
