Recently, she shared a video revealing the surprise she received, she expressed her heartfelt gratitude for all the support and love. In the video, Hina Khan enters a room blindfolded, which is filled with colorful flower bouquets and balloons. When she removes the blindfold, she is surprised to see the room. There is a very cute cake placed in the room, on which her ramp walk is shown after dressing up as a bride. Seeing all this, Hina Khan looks emotional in the video. Sharing this video, Hina wrote, "What a lovely surprise it is to receive so much love, fanfare and unwavering support over the years. I am overwhelmed every year by your dedication, your support, and your true appreciation. You outdo yourself every time. I have been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. Despite this challenging diagnosis, I want to assure everyone that I am fine. I am strong, determined, and fully committed to overcoming this disease. My treatment has started and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger". The actress keeps sharing every update related to her health with fans on social media every day.
