The video starts with the event where Hina poses in front of the paparazzi. After this, the actress gets the award. After receiving the award, Hina again leaves for the hospital. After this, while going to the hospital, she says that all the glamour is over and I have come for my first chemo.

This was the day that changed everything, it marked the beginning of one of the most challenging phases of my life. So let's talk about something positive."

With this Hina Khan further said, "We become what we believe and I have decided to take this challenge as an opportunity to rediscover myself. I have decided to keep the spirit of positivity as the first tool in my toolkit. I have chosen to normalize this experience for myself and I have consciously decided to manifest the result that I want. For me, my work commitments matter. For me, my inspiration, passion, and art matter. I refuse to bow down. This award that I received just before my first chemo was not my motivation alone, in fact, I joined this program to reassure myself that I am living up to the benchmarks I have set for myself".

Hina Khan encourages fans 

Encouraging fans with her never-say-die attitude, Hina further said, "I attended the event and went straight to the hospital for my first chemo. I humbly urge everyone to first normalize the challenges in their lives, then set goals for themselves and try to achieve them. No matter how difficult it is. Never back down. Never give up."
