Agastya Nanda and Simar Bhatia starrer Ikkis is set to release in theatres on January 1. Before its release, the makers took a heartfelt step by hosting a special screening for NGO children, making the occasion emotional and memorable for everyone involved.

What Is the Story of ‘Ikkis’?
Directed by Sriram Raghavan, Ikkis is based on the life of Param Vir Chakra awardee Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal. During the 1971 India–Pakistan war, he displayed extraordinary courage and sacrificed his life for the nation at the young age of 21. In the film, Agastya Nanda portrays the role of Arun Khetarpal, Simar Bhatia plays his love interest, while Dharmendra is seen as his father.
