Jaideep Ahalawat Buys Another Luxury Flat for Wife After ₹10 Cr Property Purchase

Actor Jaideep Ahlawat, who has made a name for himself in Bollywood with his strong acting, is not only earning fame but is also becoming a part of a luxury lifestyle. Jaideep, who came from a small town in Haryana and made a name for himself in the Mayanagari Mumbai on the basis of his acting, has now settled down here. Recently, he bought a luxurious apartment worth Rs 10 crore in the posh area of ​​Andheri West in Mumbai, and now the news is coming that he has bought another flat worth Rs 10 crore in the same project in the name of his wife Jyoti Hooda.

Property worth two crores in two months

According to property registration documents, Jaideep Ahlawat and his wife Jyoti have bought two flats in a project called 'Poorna Apartments'. The first flat was bought in May 2025, which cost Rs 10 crore. Within just two weeks of this, in June 2025, he bought another flat, which also costs Rs 10 crore. That is, within two months, the actor has invested a total of Rs 20 crore in property.

Jaideep and Jyoti's new apartment is spread over 1,950 square feet carpet area and 217.47 square metres built-up area. It also includes four car parking spaces. They have paid Rs 60 lakh stamp duty and Rs 30,000 registration fee for the registration of this property. Poorna Apartments is located in the heart of Andheri West, and is just 3 km from the Western Express Highway. The location is very strategically located between the business hubs and entertainment zones of Mumbai. This is the reason why this area is considered ideal for celebrities and corporate professionals.
