Directed by Pulkit, known for his work in thrillers and dramas, Maalik is currently in post-production. It is produced by Kumar Taurani under the banner of Tips Films and Jay Shewakramani's Northern Lights Films. This will be the first time Rajkummar will play a gangster in an action-thriller. The film also stars Medha Shankar, Anil Jhamjham and Rishi Raj Bhasin in pivotal roles. Maalik, which is being produced under the banner of Tips Films, is being directed by Pulkit. The film is releasing in theatres on June 20 this year.
