Mahesh Shetty shared his experience
Mahesh Shetty shared his experiences of shooting the film and spoke on several issues ranging from the difficulties faced by the cast and said - "We shot a major part of the film at India's biggest airports using real fighter planes. Filmed on one of the. We practically lived there with the Air Force officers and learned a lot every day. It was a challenging experience, as we were almost completely cut off from the outside world. Due to security reasons, we were not allowed to take our mobile phones inside. Still, it was an experience I will always cherish. The weather was favorable during our stay, but when we reached Kashmir, the weather suddenly changed. The temperature dropped to -2 degrees and it was snowing heavily. We had to film the snow fight and bike riding scenes, and we were all freezing. Shooting in the snow is nothing like going on a snow vacation – it is a much more difficult experience.
He further said, “Hrithik Roshan and I were required to do flight simulation for our roles in the film. The film's director Siddharth Anand sir had arranged for us to attend a rigorous boot camp much before we started shooting the film. During this time, we interacted with officials to learn.'' We were given a lot of reading material to become familiar with the intricacies and g forces of each jet, the construction of the aircraft, and other important details. On the set, we had an officer, Ramon, who helped us with our body language and other nuances to make our performance more realistic. I also met some NSG commanders and attended their boot camp to get a better understanding of what it is like to be a man in uniform.”
