MTV Roadies XX Scandal: Prince Narula & Yuvika Chaudhary Demand ₹20 Lakh Bribe?

MTV Roadies XX: MTV's popular reality show "Roadies Double Cross" has once again been embroiled in controversy. Reality TV star and Roadies mentor Prince Narula and his wife Yuvika Chaudhary have been embroiled in controversy. A contestant accused Prince Narula and Yuvika Chaudhary of demanding a bribe of Rs 20 lakh.

Pris Narula denied the claims

Actually, it all started when Rannvijay opened a contestant's file, which revealed shocking allegations that Prince had accepted money in exchange for a guaranteed spot on Roadies. Roadies contestant Sivet Tomar claimed that Prince asked for ₹20 lakh to ensure his participation in the competition. However, Prince Narula denied the claims and strongly responded, saying, "My brother has been coming for the last five years to give auditions and after last year he finally stopped giving auditions because his chances were not met! And I did not tell anyone that my brother is coming please see, he should audition himself and come. He has achieved success by giving auditions himself."

The contestant dragged Prince's wife Yuvika into contact

The contestant further claimed that someone told him that Sivet, who participated in Roadies last year, was selected only after contacting Prince's wife Yuvika. His statement angered Prince, who then replied, "Look, if it had been said to me, I would not have spoken, but now you have taken my wife's name".

“Do you think we are for sale?” -Prince Narula 

Not just that, more drama ensued after Sivet was called to clarify if he had ever bribed Prince to secure his place in Roadies. Following this, the original source of the claim, Rakesh, was called, and he completely denied the money aspect. The contestant broke down in tears when it was proven that the allegations were based on rumours and false claims. Prince Narula joked, “Tujhe lagta hai hum bikaau hai?” Rannvijay then warned the audience about scams and frauds that exist everywhere.

Roadies Double Cross started on 11 January

This is the 20th season of the reality show MTV Roadies, produced by Banijay Asia. Rannvijay Singh returns to host the show after three years and is seen hosting the show for the twelfth time. The season premiered on MTV India on January 11, 2025 and is available to stream on JioCinema/JioHotstar. It also features the return of gang leader Neha Dhupia as well as gang leaders Prince Narula and Riya Chakraborty. Elvish Yadav joins the season as the new gang leader.
