A star-studded spectacular unique Singing and Dancing Reality Show is all set to hit the USA Stage in the coming months, for the very first time for South Asian American (Hindi-Bollywood themes only) NRI diaspora audiences, according to dynamic creative impresario Natwar Thakkar (“Natu-bhai”)

United Productions joins forces with Roshni Production & Cizzara Studios to unveil a revolutionary concept in entertainment: "The Singing Superstar" and "The Dancing Superstar". Spearheaded by industry stalwarts Natwar Thakkar, Amit Vikas Patel, Kishor Dantani, and Rajesh Piprotar, this unprecedented venture aims to set new standards in talent discovery and artistic excellence.

The USA-centric show launch event held at Juhu J W Marriott hotel saw the glittering presence of stalwarts like Suresh Wadkar, Jaaved Jaaferi, Pooja Batra, Sadhana Sargam, Jamie Lever, Meiyang Chang, Karsen Ghavri, Natwar Thakkar, Ila Thakkar, Gayatri Asokan, Akshat Parikh, Amit Vikas Patel, Rajesh Piprotar, Kishor Dantani and rock-star singer Tanmay Chaturvedi ( of SaReGaMaPa show fame).

These USA-based reality shows also aim to discover, celebrate, recognize, and elevate the next young generation of potentially talented superstars fostering Indian culture of excellence and artistic innovation in Bollywood music and dancing

Set to captivate NRI and foreign audiences worldwide, "The Singing Superstar" and "The Dancing Superstar" will provide a dazzling platform for raw yet promising talent to shine

The competitive format of the show will see aspiring singers and dancers from diverse backgrounds compete for the coveted title and a chance to kick-start their careers in the entertainment industry. With online auditions kicking off post-Holi this year in major US cities, aspiring talents are urged to seize the opportunity and register themselves for a shot at stardom.

Leading the charge in the search for the next big talents are a stellar panel of judges comprising renowned top celeb names such as Padmashri Suresh Wadkar, Sadhana Sargam, Jaaved Jaaferi, Pooja Batra, and show anchor- comperes Jamie Lever, Meiyang Chang.

Contestants will undergo rigorous training under the guidance of the Singing & Dancing Super Gurus, ensuring each episode is a rollercoaster of emotions and breathtaking performances

Talking about the show judge Padmashri Suresh Wadkar (who was hospitalized recently and is now fast-recovering)  says "Being a part of 'The Singing Superstar' as a judge is not just about evaluating performances; it's about witnessing the transformative journey of raw talent, watching them hone their skills, overcome challenges, and ultimately blossom into shining stars.  Also, let me assure the audience and participants that there will be no pre-scripted rona-dhona scenes and mother-son-daughter back-stories and dramebaazi on this show. We will be mainly judging how good is each singer and his or her vocal expressions talent and versatile ability. Of course, due importance will also be given to classical and semi-classical vocal music.

Echoing Suresh Wadkar’s assurance, fantastic versatile actor and awesome dancer co-judge Javed Jafferi also promises that the prime focus will be on judging  ‘pure dancing talent’ and not on the unnecessary emotional, sad back-stories of misery and struggle and no tragic family sentiments. Yes there could be  cheerful masti-mazaak  and nok-jhok to reduce the stress-tension like we used to have on our pioneer reality dance show  ‘Boogie Woogie’ in the past on Sony TV

Expressing her thoughts about the shows, beauty-queen, star-heroine co-judge Pooja Batra ( of ‘Viraasat’ and ‘Haseena Maan Jaegi’ fame) has now returned to Mumbai after being in the US for over 20 years says "Joining  'The Dancing Superstar' as a judge has been an absolute thrill. It would be an advantage for me as I am already familiar with the American diaspora-NRI culture and their passion for Bollywood music and dances.  It’s sentimental for me to re-connect with Bollywood. It will be an honor to witness the boundless talent and judge mainly the dancing ability and innovative creativity of the NRI contestants based out of the US. Also to play a vital role as a ‘judge’ in their incredible upward journey towards starry success."
