He claimed that both of them convinced him to invest about Rs 1.57 crore in a Bhojpuri film and assured (Pawan Singh accused of fraud) that this money would be returned with profit. After this, Vishal deposited about Rs 32.60 lakh in his account in installments and about Rs 1.25 crore was spent on the shooting and post-production of the film.
