Fitness influencer Rajat Dalal, who rose to fame after appearing on the reality show "Bigg Boss 18," is currently in the news for his health. He recently revealed that he suffered a serious hand injury while filming the reality show "The 50," which required surgery.

Rajat Dalal revealed that he suffered a tendon tear in his hand during a task on the very first day of the show. Initially, the injury was approximately 2.8 centimeters, but later, during another task, it grew to 3 centimeters. Doctors advised surgery was the only treatment for such an injury, but due to his commitment to the show, Rajat decided to complete the shooting first.

Recently, Rajat Dalal shared a photo of himself from the hospital on his Instagram account. In the photo, he is seen lying on a hospital bed with a plaster cast on his hand. He captioned the photo with an inspirational line: "It's only by falling that one learns to get up!" He also shared a photo of his medical report so that his fans could get accurate information about his injury. The report stated that he didn't suffer a fracture, but surgery was necessary due to a tendon tear.

In his post, Rajat Dalal explained that instead of leaving the show midway, he completed shooting first. After receiving a date from the doctor he was supposed to see, he had the surgery done. He wrote, "I had my surgery today, and everything went well. I'm fine now, and everything else is fine."
