It would be wrong for me to even comment because I don't understand why. We talk about peace. So where peace is being created, people from political parties come and give it a Hindu-Muslim angle. So that is wrong. It is not that the Pakistani government is sending them as their agents. I don't know. I have seen a lot of love coming”.

Not only this, Rajeev Khandelwal further said in the interview, "Who are these politicians to ban artists? Where love is blossoming between two countries, you do not allow it for any reason. On the other hand, Rajiv Khandelwal recently made a big disclosure about director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Rajiv said that Sanjay Leela Bhansali had signed him for a film. He had also shot the poster. But later the film was not made. Rajiv said that actors like Amitabh Bachchan and Vidya Balan were also a part of that film. Rajiv was desperate to work in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film. However, he waited for about a year. Later the film was stopped. During this time, due to the contract, Rajiv could not work on any other project. The actor said in his recent interview, "Sanjay Leela Bhansali signed me for a film called Chenab Gandhi and kept me with him for nine months i.e. about a year, but the film was never made. Since I was bound by the contract, I could not do anything else. As soon as this chapter ended, I 'faced the truth'".
