Rajkummar Rao expressed his reaction on the success of Stree 2

Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer horror comedy film Stree 2 recently proved to be a blockbuster at the box office. This film is one of the highest collections of Indian films. Currently, Rajkumar Rao is preparing for the release of the film Vicky Aur Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video with Tripti Dimri. Meanwhile, Raj Kumar Rao has expressed his reaction to the success of his recently released film Stree 2.

Rajkumar Rao spoke on the success of Stree 2

Actually, during the film promotion, Rajkumar Rao talked about the success of Stree 2 and said, "The most important thing for me as an actor is that the film should be good. I should be a part of such films which the people who watch it like and enjoy. Whether the people who watch my films are two or two lakhs, they will ultimately enjoy watching my film and that is what matters to me, because I should be proud of the film".

Not only this, Rajkummar Rao further continued his point and said, "Definitely, a good film doing exceptionally well at the box office is a feeling that cannot be matched. This feeling is the most satisfying because as an actor, you know that you have performed well. The film has turned out to be amazing and now when it has opened to the audience, they have also enjoyed it a lot, then this feeling is unreal".

At the same time, Rajkumar Rao said that for him the story is more important than the box office numbers. Rajkumar Rao told, "Sometimes it happens that when you make a good film, due to some reasons it does not do well at the box office or does not succeed. For example, I did a film called Trapped, which I am very proud of, but its release was very limited and it did not attract people's attention at that time. But, this is a film that I am as proud of as any other film of mine that did well at the box office. Trapped will also remain a part of my filmography because despite its performance at the box office, it is a film that I am proud of doing."

The film will release on October 11

'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video' is directed by Raj Shandilya. It is produced by Bhushan Kumar. The story of the film revolves around the newlywed couple Vicky (Rajkummar Rao) and Vidya (Tripti Dimri), who make a video of their honeymoon night and the CD gets stolen. Apart from Rajkumar Rao and Tripti Dimri, 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video' also stars Mallika Sherawat, Vijay Raj, Rakesh Bedi, Archana Puran Singh, Tiku Talsania and Mukesh Tiwari. Vicky and Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video is going to be released in theaters on October 11, where it will compete with Alia Bhatt's film Zirgra.
