Rohit Shetty thanked fans for the love he received for Singham Again

Rohit Shetty's multi-starrer Singham Again released in theatres on November 1. The film clashed with Anees Bazmee's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. However, the film was a commercial success and crossed the Rs 130 crore mark. Meanwhile, Rohit Shetty took to his social media to thank his fans for the love they showered on Singham Again.

Let us tell you that Rohit Shetty shared a picture of himself standing in front of the poster of Singham Again on his Instagram. He reflected on the success of the film and thanked his fans for the film reaching Rs 100 crore over the weekend. The director wrote, "Singham Again is my 10th and fastest 100 crore earning film. One thing that has remained constant from the last 16 films is your love, thank you for your support and love, humbled." In the post, Rohit Shetty also shared posters of Suryavanshi, Simmba, Golmaal Again, Dilwale, Singham Returns, Chennai Express, Bol Bachchan, Singham and Golmaal 3. These films of Shetty have also crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in their theatrical release.

Singham Again collected this much

According to a report by Sacnilk.com, Singham Again collected Rs 17.5 crore on its first Monday. This figure was less than its weekend collection, but trade analysts attributed it to a general drop in ticket sales on Mondays. The film collected Rs 43.5 crore on its opening day. It then collected Rs 42.5 crore on Saturday and Rs 35.75 crore on Sunday. Thus, the total collection has reached Rs 137.99 crore. 

Star-cast of Singham Again

Singham Again is produced by Rohit Shetty, Ajay Devgn, and Jyoti Deshpande themselves. Apart from Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor, the film stars Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Deepika Padukone, Jackie Shroff, Ravi Kishan, and Dayanand Shetty. Salman Khan made a cameo in Singham Again as Chulbul Pandey. Singham Again released in cinemas worldwide on November 1 alongside Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan-starrer horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film Singham Again is the fifth installment of Rohit Shetty's cop universe after Ajay Devgn's Singham (2011) and Singham Returns (2014), as well as Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan-starrer Simmba (2018), and Akshay Kumar's Sooryavanshi (2021).
