Salman Khan’s Bodyguard Shera Loses Father at 88, Mourns Deep Personal Loss

Shera Father Death: Salman Khan's bodyguard Shera's father, Sunder Singh Jolly, passed away today. He was battling cancer. Shera's father was 88 years old. His last rites will be performed at the Oshiwara crematorium in Jogeshwari West.

Let us tell you that while sharing an official statement, Shera wrote, "My father Shri Sundar Singh Jolly has passed away today. His last journey will begin at 4 pm from his residence 1902, The Park Luxury Residences, Near Lokhandwala Back Road, Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai."

A few months ago, Shera celebrated his father's 88th birthday and called him "his hero". Sharing a photo with his father, he wrote, "Happy 88th birthday to my God, my father, my inspiration, the strongest man alive! All the strength I have comes from you. Love you always Papa!"

Shera runs his own security agency 

Shera is a well-known personality in the Bollywood industry. Shera has been working as Salman Khan's personal bodyguard and security chief since 1995. His real name is Gurmeet Singh Jolly. Apart from working with Salman Khan for decades, he also runs his own security agency, Tiger Security. His company has handled the security of many Bollywood celebrities like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif. International stars like Mike Tyson and Justin Bieber have also used his services during their visits to India.

Salman was last seen in AR Murugadoss's film Sikandar opposite Rashmika Mandanna. The film also featured Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi, Satyaraj, Jatin Sarna, Sanjay Kapoor, Prateek, Smita Patil, and Kishore. He will be seen in the film Battle of Galwan directed by Apoorva Lakhia, which is based on the clashes in the Galwan Valley on the India-China border in 2020.
