Samantha Ruth Prabhu made many revelations about her films

Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is currently in the news for her web series Citadel: Honey Bunny. The actress will be seen opposite Varun Dhawan in the series. Meanwhile, Samantha Ruth Prabhu talked about some of her previous films and said that she "probably did not give her best performance" in them.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu said this about Citadel

Let us tell you that on Monday, 4 November 2024, Samantha Ruth Prabhu conducted an Ask Me Anything session on Instagram, in which she revealed having made "some mistakes in the past". Talking about her upcoming show Citadel: Honey Bunny, the actress said that it is the "most layered, complex and challenging role" of her career.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu gave this answer

In an Ask Me Anything session on social media, a person asked, "Can you tell us how hard you have worked for Citadel and what your character will be like?" Samantha said, "I promised myself that I will challenge myself in every role, every challenge will be more difficult than the previous one. I accept that I have made some mistakes in the past and things did not really work out, and I accept failure. I accept that I may not have given my best in some of my previous films."

The actress spoke about her projects

Samantha Ruth Prabhu further added, "Citadel is something that I am really proud of, even before its release, just for the fact that I was able to complete the project. So I am already proud of it. I also believe that this is the most layered, complex and challenging role that I have played in my career. But I will allow you to be the judge of that." 

Samantha's upcoming projects

Samantha will next be seen in Citadel: Honey Bunny opposite Varun Dhawan. Written by Sita R Menon and directed by Raj and DK, the action series is the Indian installment of the global Citadel franchise. It will premiere on Prime Video on November 7.
