Sharvari Joining YRF Spy Universe: Says ‘Alpha Will Break Many Glass Ceilings’

Sharvari Joining YRF Spy Universe: Bollywood actress Sharvari Wagh is in the news for her upcoming film 'Alpha'. The film actress will be seen sharing the screen with Alia Bhatt for the first time. Recently, Sharvari discussed her upcoming role in the YRF Spy Universe. Actress Sharvari spoke openly about acting with Alia in the YRF Spy Universe.

Sharvari said this about the film Alpha

In fact, during her recent conversation, Sharvari said, "Alpha is a very exciting project. It will be released on Christmas this year. I am really excited to bring this film to theaters, especially because it is the first spy universe film directed by two women".

'I am excited and a little nervous about the film'- Sharvari 

Continuing her talk, Sharvari Wagh further said, "This is actually the first women's action film. And I think it will break a lot of glass ceilings. So, I am excited and a little nervous about the film. I am keeping my fingers crossed for it". Alia and Sharvari will be seen playing the role of super-agents in the film. Shiv Rawail is directing this film.

'Alpha' will be released on 25 December

Alia and Sharvari will be seen in the role of super-agents in the film 'Alpha'. Shiv Rawail is directing this film. Directed by Shiv Rawail, Alpha is Sharvari's first film in the famous YRF Spy Universe, which started with Ek Tha Tiger in 2012, followed by films like Tiger Zinda Hai, War, Pathan, and Tiger 3. Directed by Railway Man fame Shiv Rawail, Alpha is scheduled to release in theaters on December 25, 2025.

Sharvari spoke about working with Alia Bhatt

Earlier, Sharvari Wagh had said about working with Alia Bhatt in the film Spy Universe, "It is an exciting time for women in the industry as roles are written for them. The fact that films like Spy-Universe were headlined by big superstars, and for me to share the screen with Alia Bhatt, who is a big star, is a big deal and a big responsibility".
