Shekhar Suman Shares Major Update on His Political Career

Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Actor Shekhar Suman, who played the role of Nawab Zulfikar in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's web series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, joined BJP on May 7. Meanwhile, Shekhar Suman has given a big update regarding his political career.

Shekhar Suman spoke about politics

Shekhar Suman talking about politics career said, "I still want to be an actor who is part of politics so that it empowers me to do the kind of things I want to do for my industry and my state. I don't want to get involved in any political turmoil and don't have any political ambitions. I don't want to be in politics and still want to do things like that. I did what I wanted to do."

Shekhar Suman will leave BJP if his promises are not fulfilled

Shekhar Suman further said, "It is not that if I won't be able to complete the work, I will stay. I have set a deadline for myself and if I won't be able to complete my promises, I will leave the Party. I am here for a special reason. If I am unable to serve then there is no point in staying here just to be in politics, but when you come with so much positivity and determination then God also helps."
