Shraddha Kapoor Welcomes Zanai Bhosale to Bollywood

Actress Shraddha Kapoor has lended her encouraging support to sister Zanai Bhosale who is making her debut as an actress with The Pride of Maharashtra - Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Zanai Bhosale will be seen of Shivaji Maharaj's wife

The film marks Sandeep Singh's theatrical debut as a director, and Zanai Bhosale will be seen playing the role of Shivaji Maharaj's wife, Rani Sai Bhonsale.

Shraddha Kapoor said, "My sister Zanai is all set to step into the world of entertainment and charm us with her performance. She's playing Rani Sai Bhonsale in a cinematic tribute The Pride of Bharat Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. I am looking forward to watch her first film. I wish the best for her.
To get such a challenging role for your very first film is an achievement in itself. I will always be there whenever she needs guidance."

Sandeep Singh said,  "In Bollywood usually sister's don't support each other but Shraddha Kapoor is an exception who has believed in her Zanai's potential and talent. I am sure Shraddha's encouragement means a lot to her."

The Pride of Bharat - Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is being made on a massive scale and will release,  February 19, 2026, marking Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Jayanti.

The film marks Sandeep Singh's theatrical directorial debut and is presented by Immerso Studio and Legend Studios.
