Maybe because she's a reserved person, or maybe it's the shell she's comfortable in. And maybe it doesn't need to be explained. I quickly realized that the best way to reach her wasn't to push her, or to demand too much, but to simply give her space. That choice created an equation that was calm, very professional, and completely aligned."
