Trailer Launch Event of 'Vanvaas'

 A Heartfelt Family Drama by Anil Sharma, Featuring Nana Patekar and Sunny Deol

 On Monday, December 2nd, renowned director Anil Sharma, known for Gadar and Gadar 2, launched the trailer of his upcoming film 'Vanvaas'. The event took place in Mumbai, and was graced by the presence of the film's cast, including Utkarsh Sharma, Simrat Kaur, and veteran actor Nana Patekar. Additionally, music composer, singer, and lyricist Mithun and Palak Muchhal were also part of the event. A notable guest at the trailer launch was actor Sunny Deol, who played a key role in Gadar and Gadar 2.

During the event, director Anil Sharma invited actor Sunny Deol to launch the trailer of 'Vanvaas'. Speaking about the film, Sunny Deol described it as a family film and expressed his confidence that Anil Sharma had created something special, which would resonate with family audiences. He mentioned that every film directed by Sharma has been excellent, and he hoped that this one would also carry the same charm. Reflecting on his long working relationship with Anil Sharma, Sunny shared how he feels that Anil always makes films keeping the audience’s emotions in mind, making them relevant for the people of the country.

Director Anil Sharma expressed that 'Vanvaas' holds a very personal place for him, as the film explores themes of love, sacrifice, and the true meaning of family.  Anil also recalled his experience in Banaras, where the team explored the local ghats, alleyways, and enjoyed the local food, including paan and chaat. Throughout the discussion, Nana Patekar added a light-hearted touch with his humor, making the moment even more memorable.

 Nana Patekar, who plays a pivotal role in the film, shared his thoughts on 'Vanvaas', stating that the movie is not just a story but a reflection of emotions that people often suppress within themselves. I believe that the audience will find a part of their own journey in this film,” he remarked.

 Patekar also praised the performances of his co-stars, particularly Utkarsh Sharma and Simrat Kaur, mentioning that they handled the screen exceptionally well in their absence. He further praised music composer Mithun for his beautiful songs and said that initially, he was curious about how Mithun would work and what kind of music he would create.

 The veteran actor also lauded director Anil Sharma’s ability to elevate even the smallest of details into something grand and spoke highly of the screenplay by Sunil Sirvaiya. “I hope the audience connects with this film, and I’m confident they will enjoy it,” Nana concluded.

During a conversation between Nana Patekar and Sunny Deol, Nana jokingly asked, “Will we ever work together by mistake?” To which, Sunny Deol responded with a resounding “Of course, we will!” Sunny then turned to director Anil Sharma and suggested, “Tell him to bring a good project for us.”

Anil Sharma immediately agreed, promising, “I assure you, I will bring a project soon for both of you.” The idea of seeing the two legendary actors together on screen excited the audience, and the director’s promise created a buzz in the air.
