Helly's vibrant ensemble featured an oversized jacket with a plunging neckline and straight-fit pants, creating a perfectly coordinated look. She completed her outfit with a pair of clear heels.

Helly made her red carpet debut with this outfit at the 75th Cannes Film Festival, donning a Ziad Nakad stylish green gown adorned with dazzling embellishments on the top and shoulders, complemented by a flowy, shimmery cape. The thigh-high slit and plunging neckline enhanced the glamorous aspect of her ensemble. Helly accessorized her striking outfit with a bracelet and earrings, and styled her hair in a neatly tied-up bun, while her dewy makeup added a touch of sophistication to her overall appearance.

For the 25th Anniversary of L'Oréal Dinner party at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival, Helly chose a crepe net gown featuring statement sleeves on the upper edge and floral embellishments on the sheer lower hem. She completed her look with matte makeup, a nude pink lip shade, and styled her hair in a sleek, pulled-back bun. 

Helly Shah chose a black and white pantsuit with a long, attached train designed by Shantanu and Nikhil for the poster launch of her film "Kaya Palat" at Cannes.
