Doordarshan Launches AI Krish & AI Bhoomi as News Anchors for DD Kisan

India is also keeping pace with the changing world. In this era of Artificial Intelligence, we are surrounded by technology everywhere. From answering our questions to the appliances in our house, everything else is connected to Artificial Intelligence. Currently, there are many countries where robots are used instead of humans to serve in restaurants. Similarly, many countries have started using Artificial Intelligence robots as news anchors. 

China's Qi Hao and India's Sana: Pioneering AI in Media

Let us tell you that the first Artificial Intelligence robot was manufactured by China in 2018, whose name was Qi Hao. In 2023, India Today launched India's first artificial intelligence anchor Sana. Let us tell you that Sana can do news anchoring in many languages and she also has many other specialties.

Following this lead, Doordarshan has launched two new AI anchors for DD Kisan named AI Krish and AI Bhoomi. Both AI news anchors can speak 50 Indian languages and many foreign languages.

Doordarshan Kisan is set to achieve another milestone. The channel is introducing a new look and style from 26 May 2024. Let us tell you that DD Kisan was started in 2015 to provide information related to farming to the farmers. AI Krish and AI Bhoomi will tell farmers about farming, animal husbandry, research on farming, markets, weather conditions, and government schemes in different languages. This is a great start to keep pace with the changing world because only if the farmer moves forward, the country will move forward.
