Taarak Mehta is all set to enjoy the delicious lunch that Jethalal has secretly sent for him from the hotel. Following Jethalal’s plan, he gives Anjali’s diet tiffin to the office peon and eagerly opens the food parcel. Just then, his boss walks in and insists on sharing his meal, but Taarak firmly refuses.

Anjali packed a strict diet lunch for Taarak and warned Jethalal not to feed him any junk food. Upset by both of them, Taarak stormed off to the office. Feeling guilty, Jethalal came up with a plan — he’d send tasty hotel food to Taarak’s office while Taarak could quietly pass his diet tiffin to the peon. Popatlal overheard the conversation and tried to stop them, calling it risky.
Meanwhile, Jethalal reached his shop where a strange customer arrived, asking for bizarre gadgets with weird specifications. Just as things got confusing, the customer received a phone call — revealing he had only come to kill time!
