The comedy and chaos continue in Gokuldham as Babitaji and Iyer face an unexpected twist in their mission!
Just when they thought they had time to prepare, Nekchand and his wife drop a surprise—they want to see the flat today itself! Dressed up as estate agents, Babitaji and Iyer try to buy some time and politely request to show the property tomorrow.
But Nekchand isn’t having it.
He grows suspicious, accusing them of plotting to fake-sell the current flat and push him towards another one—at a higher price! To make matters trickier, he reveals that he and his wife are leaving for a holiday tomorrow and this is his only day to finalise the deal.

Last night’s episode saw Babitaji and Iyer step into action as they met Nekchand and his wife at a restaurant to pitch the “deal of a lifetime.”
Babitaji made a solid case—offering a 750 sq. ft. flat in Powder Gali for just ₹1.5 crore, far below the market rate of ₹2 crore! She explained that the owner wants a quick sale as he’s moving to Dubai to live with his kids.
But Nekchand wasn’t easily convinced.
Though the offer looked too good to refuse, his doubts lingered. He left the meeting without committing, muttering something about needing to “think it over.”
Will he return with a yes—or walk into someone else’s trap?
