Jethalal breathes easy after making the ₹25 lakh payment to TC—his saved short form for Tony Company—believing the fresh stock issue is finally resolved.

He quickly calls Tony Company to confirm the payment and request dispatch of the washing machines. But what he hears next leaves him stunned:
“We haven’t received any payment.”

Bagha suspects something’s off. He checks the beneficiary list—and their worst fear comes true. Jethalal has mistakenly sent the entire amount to another TC: Tekchand ji Kapdewale, a vendor who shut shop six months ago!

Panic sets in. Jethalal rushes to the bank manager, hoping to reverse the transaction. But the manager says the only way is to meet Tekchand ji personally and recover the money.

Tony Company informs Natukaka that no fresh stock will be dispatched until a pending payment of ₹25 lakh is cleared.

Jethalal, already under pressure, checks the account and finds only ₹15 lakh. With no time to waste, he visits the bank and secures an additional ₹10 lakh loan against his FD.

Once the full amount is ready, Jethalal, along with Bagha and Natukaka, decides to make the payment using mobile banking. He selects the saved beneficiary “TC,” short for Tony Company, and proceeds with the transfer.

Later, he calls Tony Company to confirm the payment—but gets a shocker: they haven’t received any money.

Suspecting something is wrong, Bagha checks the beneficiary list. That’s when they discover the payment was made to Tekchand ji Kapdewale, a different “TC.”

A costly mistake has just turned Jethalal’s relief into yet another major crisis.
