In a desperate search for missing Popatlal, the Gokuldham gang returned to the haunted bungalow. Just when fear peaked, Popatlal appeared—alive, and oddly calm—with Chakori beside him.

What followed next shocked everyone.

Popatlal looked straight at the group and declared:
“Chakori isn’t a ghost. She’s a human being!”

The entire society stood frozen for a moment—then erupted.
Madhavi and Roshan Bhabhi scolded Chakori for playing with their emotions. Bhide, visibly shaken, said such fear could’ve caused a serious mishap. Even Bapuji was furious, saying the joke had gone too far. Tapu Sena questioned her motives—how could she pretend to be a bhootni and terrify everyone like this?

But Popatlal asked everyone to stay calm—and revealed the full story.

He explained that after escaping earlier, he returned quietly to get his umbrella. That’s when he noticed something odd—a price tag from a boutique in Mumbai. That was the first clue.

Doubt turned into suspicion. Popatlal decided to trap her with an emotional plan. He told Chakori that he had fallen deeply in love with her and couldn’t live without her. He announced he would jump into the same well she “died” in—to become a bhoot and spend eternity with her.

This shook Chakori.

Panic took over and, unable to maintain the act anymore, she broke down. She confessed: she never died, never turned into a bhootni—it was all fake.
