The film's story is based on the life of the famous actor Sanjay Dutt, depicting his journey to prison. It is produced by Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma of Red Chillies Entertainment. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, and Boman Irani. The film is based on the illegal use of "dunky". It is released in theaters on December 21, 2023.
