Speaking about winning the show, Gaurav said, “Honestly, I felt a little sad stepping out because I wanted the show to go on a bit longer. I was having a lot of fun inside—teasing everyone while they kept yelling at me. I truly enjoyed my time in the house.
I believe that truth and goodness always win, and in a show like Bigg Boss, I wanted to prove that you don’t need to abuse, fight, or break things to grab attention. I wanted to win the show without any of that—just speak when needed and not react when provoked. I’m really happy to have won.”

“Many contestants tried to teach me how one should ‘appear’ on a reality show. But my answer was always the same—‘I don’t care about being visible. I care about being right.’ Victory always favors goodness, and this trophy is proof of that.
I never wanted to lose this game mentally… and that’s why I won. People tried, but no one had the power to break me. I’ve been this way since childhood—I don’t break.”

On the Farhana Bhatt Controversy

Talking about his conflict with Farhana Bhatt, Gaurav said, “Taunts, insults… nothing affected me. She kept poking me, but I never reacted. But when she questioned my 20-year TV career, my audience, and my profession—that’s where it hurt.
The day she belittled my work and my viewers, I decided that I would walk out of this show only with the trophy.”

A 20-Year Dream

During the conversation, Gaurav revealed that his decision to join Bigg Boss had a big reason—Salman Khan. “I’ve been trying to meet Salman sir for 20 years—as a fan. When I learned he was hosting the season, I immediately said yes. I thought—whether I win or not, at least I’ll get to stand on stage with him.”
