The evening of December 29 turned deeply emotional for Bollywood. A special screening of veteran actor Dharmendra’s final film Ikkis was held in Mumbai. While the film is set to release in theatres on January 1, 2026, the screening brought together some of the biggest names from the industry under one roof to pay tribute to Dharmendra’s legacy.

The special screening of Dharmendra’s last film Ikkis was not just a movie event, but a heartfelt salute to a golden era of Hindi cinema. Before the film’s theatrical release, industry stalwarts gathered to remember and honor the legendary actor.

About Ikkis

Ikkis is a war drama based on the bravery of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, who sacrificed his life at the age of just 21 during the 1971 Indo-Pak war. He remains the youngest recipient of the Param Vir Chakra.
The film stars Agastya Nanda, Simar Bhatia, late Dharmendra, and Jaideep Ahlawat in key roles and is directed by Sriram Raghavan. Ikkis will release in theatres on January 1, 2026.
