The path Kainaat Arora took to become a Bollywood star wasn't that easy. She began her career in the glamorous world of modeling at a very young age, and she describes herself as a self-confessed "workaholic" with an acting background, But the silver screen was always in her sights.

Born to a business-minded Punjabi family, Kaynat's artistic side shone out at a very young age. Maybe, her inspiration to be an artist came from a distant relative, the late actress Divya Bharti, who was her cousin. Kainaat realized her acting ambitions after graduating from the National Institute of Fashion Technology.

In 2011 she did a breakthrough performance in the contentious comedy "Grand Masti." and  Kainaat's performance stood out in that film.
She had previously starred with the well-known star Akshay Kumar in Tamil movies like "Mankatha," underlining her charm and screen presence.

Kainaat is never scared to take on a variety of skills. She demonstrated her dancing prowess by grooving to upbeat songs like "Aila Re Aila" from "Khatta Meetha." Her skills go beyond those of commercial entertainers too. Her cinematic adventures include "Faraar" in Punjabi and even a trip to Kerala for the Malayalam film "Laila O Laila."

In the bilingual project "Secret," directed by Ram Gopal Varma, Kainaat performed a more demanding and challenging role in 2017. Working with a well-known actresses like Meera Chopra and Sachin Joshi showed her openness to trying new things.
